Jake holds an MBA in Supply Chain Management from Arizona State University and a bachelor's degree in operations and supply chain management from Boise State University. Outside of work, he is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt, coach, and mentor, bringing the same principles of discipline, adaptability, and continuous improvement to leadership and team development that have guided him throughout his career.
